Cancellations and Refunds:

administrative fee for cancellation made 25 days prior to the
seminar for which you registered. Cancellation thereafter and up to
48 hours prior to the event — you will receive a certificate of
credit on the full amount paid to Ultimate Mind Publisher/IPTA for
seminar registration (less $100 administrative fee) to be used for a
future Seminar—valid up to one year after the registered seminar.
Please contact us at 661-944-4909. Individuals who fail to attend
the seminar for which they registered, or cancel within 48 hours
prior to the seminar, are responsible for the full registration fee.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by IPTA (due to unforeseen
circumstances), also in any other event, refunds to registrants will
be limited up to their full payment to Ultimate Mind Publisher/IPTA.

reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Improper behavior— in
the sole judgment of Moshe Zwang — at/during the seminar will
result in expulsion from the seminar. In this case, the seminar fee
you paid to Ultimate Mind Publisher / IPTA less $100 administration
fee and prorated rate seminar fee by the day/hour will be returned
to you. All refunds are paid within 60 days following the conclusion
of the seminar. No interest is paid. Improper behavior—at the sole
discretion of Moshe Zwang —after the seminar may result in the
expiration of IPTA membership of that individual and revocations of
any privileges, including but not limited to participation in future
seminars conducted by Moshe Zwang/IPTA/Ultimate Mind Publisher. In
case of dispute, you will send a written request by registered mail
to IPTA and Ultimate Mind Publisher in an effort to resolve the
matter. If, for any reason, the case cannot be resolved,
arbitration/jurisdiction will take place in Los Angeles. Dear
participant, your payment confirms that you have read and agree with
